New Board Member? Florida Law Says You Have 90 Days to Get Educated

Serving on your Perdido Key condo board is an honor and a legal responsibility. Under the updated Florida Statute Chapter 718, all new board members must complete a 4-hour certified education course within 90 days of being elected or appointed. And every year after that, 1 hour of continuing education is required to stay eligible.
